My account has been reduced to a LIMITED status.

Because of the previous issue I had with somebody hacking my paypal account, I’ve been undergoing a lot of changes to help boost the security. Ever since my paypal account got hacked, I received a number of precautionary measures to help keep my account more secure. One of which is to change my password to a stronger one. I was able to set-up two security questions as well.

The only thing I need to ensure now is to upload a file that has my proof of billing address. I’m planning to scan my credit card statement and upload it in their server which will serve as my proof of billing. I just hope they accept it.
