back to SEOing

Got a new job through ODesk and now I’m back to doing SEO tasks that will help generate quality traffic to my client’s sites. Right now, I’m going through training videos in order to maximize my time and learn everything I can to make the most of the experience.

4 friends resigned from work to pursue blogging and freelance

I have 4 friends who resigned from work in order to pursue careers in blogging and freelance. These people all worked in a prestigious contact center and they were all my colleagues. I even started blogging before them and I influenced a couple to start sharing their thoughts online and earn some income at the same time.

finding work again

I’m looking for other jobs again. Jobs that don’t require me to go full time as I have a lot of things outside my work that I have to cater to. I need to use the money that I’ll be earning for planned trips around and abroad. I’m time-bound and I need to act fast before all my resources get depleted.

desperately looking for jobs

Yes, I’m desperate these times in looking for good jobs that also pay well. I need to save up and earn more in order to have some budget needed to be allocated for trips that will occur by the second half of the year which started three days ago. Bummer.

Odesk: too busy on other projects

Odesk: too busy on other projects

This is what I usually do when I decline interview offers from possible employers in odesk. With my current workload and the things going on in my other personal transactions, I get caught up with time that I can’t commit. Offers for different job requirements and pay rates are turned down since my bucket is already full as of the moment.

joining contests

I’m joining contests on writing to see if I can win their prizes. These are just contests that crop up in Facebook from people who get tagged in their photos. It’s exciting and I’m hoping that I can win some of them since the mechanics is more or less the same as what I’ve been doing in my travel blog: soloflighted.com.

freelancing: employer compliments

One of the best things that a freelancer can receive would be compliments for a job well done from the employer.

break

Taking a break but my mind is still about work. Darn it.

I still need to hone my time management skills which I’m really having a hard time. I don’t have that much opportunities in SocialSpark nor do I have paid opportunities lining up for my blogs. I’m already inactive in Odesk and I don’t have any idea where to get more tasks — clueless, yes I am. Oh well, we’ll wait for time to bring back the work.

first odesk payout

and probably my last. I withdrew the amount that I earned for about two months from employers. Now, I’ve been inactive already and I don’t have any tasks because I’ve been outsourced by an employer who found me through my blog.

money: easy come, easy go

I’m supposed to create an entry to help out EJ start with odesk but I apologize I’m not able to update as often as I can. But I promise I’ll create an entry out of it.
