Danvil Plans Inc: claiming the check
This is a repost. I forgot what I wrote in this entry but my server crashed and it erased the latest post that I published and I didn’t do any back up. Bummer. Anyway…
—————-
After the 30-45 business days of waiting for a response from Danvil, I called them up again to inquire about what has happened to my request for refund. After waiting for a couple of minutes from their representative who was still pulling up my account, I was told that it was already approved and that I could get my money back.
I was silent for awhile. I couldn’t believe that I would be able to claim the check after all the hassle. I double-checked and asked the rep again for any instructions and to confirm what I need to do. I was told to just bring some necessary documents to their main office in Manila and everything would all be settled in.
I emailed them again to ensure that I’d be getting the right forms needed since I can’t go to their Makati office due to location issues and I didn’t have plans to go back to Manila. It was a good thing that I have some colleagues who are willing to go there themselves so I just requested for a representative to claim the check.
Going back, I received a response from them through email and here are the requirements that one needs to have to get the check.

Wow, good thing nakuha mo na siya.. what happened to me was a bit different. sa creditting kasi ngyari yung transaction. I have filed my cancellation today, and have them signed my copy for verification. malinaw ang naging aggrement namen na hindi na siya maccredit sa banko ko. i also called up my bank telling them to block the transaction coming from danvil. hindi naman daw nila pwedeng gawin yun, kasi wala pa daw posting from the merchant. bsta ang sabi saken ng CS representative ng hsbc. the moment na magpost siya sa account ko, thats the time that theyll intervene with my problem… my aggreement eh.. dapat lang na macancel yung crinedit nila sa account ko.. and my endowment account cancelled. all i can do now is wait. . . hay…

Hao: I believe that you’ll get your money soon. You are correct that we’ll just have to wait for the allotted time period for them to process the refund. Remember to call them every now and then to update the status. I called to make sure that the status was approved so I would only have to wait for the 30-45 days table. Good luck!

Now they are asking for a ‘Certificate of Full Payment’ daw na inissue daw nila but I don’t even remember receiving one. Mag-file daw ako ng affidavit of loss! Eh I’ve been working abroad and have completed payment in 2004 pa! It’s been a long time and still I can’t claim back the money I’ve been saving up.

Please help, I need to contact them as soon as possible since I have changed my mailing address. I opened my accounts in Las Pinas, but even that number which I found in their website has no responses. Do you know any contact details of this company?
Thank you for your help in advance.
