delegating tasks
I’ve been passing off the tasks that I’m doing to other people so that I can still continue business with clients while being able to help out my other friends who need some sideline.
I don’t generate much income out of the other jobs as I’m already burned out with the current workload that I’m handling for the time being. Having two full-time jobs is really taxing but I have to pay the bills. I’ll learn how to work on my time management so I can maintain this momentum while generate more output.
Now I just have to work on properly delegating the tasks.
